The 12 Week Body Blast is my proven system to change your body through healthy nutrition, effective training and correct supplementation and is the training basis that I use in my own workouts so I know it works.

This program is a mix of in person and online personal training and there are three training options that I offer depending on your budget where you either train with me at the studio once, twice or three times a week. However to get the best results possible this program calls for at least four workouts a week so on top of your session(s) with me at the studio you train either at home or at the gym with your training being delivered through my training app . So for example if you only train with me twice a week you will be expected to train elsewhere in order to complete at least four sessions a week and your sessions a week.

If you’ve not heard or even considered it before then online training truly is the way forward in the world of fitness. Incorporating my app in this program you get the best of both worlds with training in person at the studio and then putting that know how into practice by working out else where while still under the guidance and supervision of myself. On this program you get comprehensive ongoing fitness and nutrition plans that are fully customised to your circumstances and goals and it allows for total flexibility for workouts away from the studio.

As a trainer I have found the mix of in person and online training to be revolutionary as I can continually monitor and keep clients accountable and as a result my clients have had even better results than just training in person!

Please Note:

To get the best results possible it is best to try and keep to the training plan for 12 consecutive weeks but I appreciate that sometimes life gets in the way and people fall ill or have holidays etc. With that in mind if a period of time is taken away from training then this will not be counted as time on the training package.

If for any reason you cannot do the allotted sessions that week this session will not be counted (providing that at least 24 hours notice has been given to cancel)
