12 Week Body Blast

The 12 week Body Blast is my proven system to change your body through healthy nutrition, effective training and correct supplementation and is the training basis that I use in my own workouts so I know it works.

There are three training options that I offer depending on your budget where you either train with me two, three or four times a week at the studio. The program calls for at least three workouts a week so if you only train with me twice a week you will be expected to train elsewhere in order to complete three sessions a week  (I will provide the relevant training plans).

I expect my clients to follow my training and nutrition plan to the letter.

Results are guaranteed but those results can of course be good or bad, its down to you. As much as I will push you hard you have to be willing to put the effort in, it’s as simple as that.

Sessions Per Week

  • 48 x 1 hour sessions over 12 weeks
  • 4 x 1 hour personal training sessions per week at the studio

  • 36 x 1 hour sessions over 12 weeks
  • 3 x 1 hour personal training sessions per week at the studio

Sessions Per Week

  • 24 x 1 hour sessions over 12 weeks
  • 2 x 1 hour personal training sessions per week at the studio
  • Free Nutrition Guide
  • £1,020*

 

*There is a surcharge of approximately 2.75%  if paying by credit card.

 

Please Note:

To get the best results possible it is best to try and keep to the training plan for 12 consecutive weeks but I appreciate that sometimes life gets in the way and people fall ill or have holidays etc. With that in mind if a period of time is taken away from training then this will not be counted as time on the training package.

If for any reason you cannot do the allotted sessions that week this session will not be counted (providing that at least 24 hours notice has been given to cancel)
