Face to Face Silver Package – Cost: £200

  • 1 x Face to face nutritional consultation at my studio in Brighton. We will discuss client’s goals, motivation and examine dietary habits (45 mins)
  • 1 x Tailored seven day nutritional plan based on the clients goals, lifestyle, measurements and food preferences: – outlining breakfast, mid-morning, lunch, mid afternoon, pre and post workout nutrition (if applicable), dinner and pre-bed meals.
  • 1 x Handout providing nutritional information and help to address issues/goals discussed during the initial consultation.1 x Weekly email support for 2 weeks from receipt of 7 day nutritional plan.

 

Face to Face Gold Package – Cost: £290

  • 1 x Face to face nutritional consultation at my studio in Brighton. We will discuss client’s goals, motivation and examine dietary habits(45mins)
  • 1 x Tailored seven day nutritional plan based on the clients goals, lifestyle, measurements and food preferences: – outlining breakfast, mid-morning, lunch, mid afternoon, pre and post workout nutrition (if applicable), dinner and pre-bed meals.
  • 1 x Extensive document providing nutritional information and help to address issues/goals discussed during the initial consultation, supplement suggestions, recipe suggestions and review of old diet.
  • 1 x Follow up consultation (telephone or face to face) which includes a review of your dietary analysis, basic dietary advice, guidelines and future goal setting (30 mins)
  • 1 x Weekly email support for 2 weeks from receipt of 7 day nutritional plan.

 

Face to Face Platinum Package – Cost: £600

  • 1 x Face to face nutritional consultation at my studio in Brighton. We will discuss client’s goals, motivation and examine dietary habits(45mins)
  • 1 x Tailored seven day nutritional plan based on the clients goals, lifestyle, measurements and food preferences: – outlining breakfast, mid-morning, lunch, mid afternoon, pre and post workout nutrition (if applicable), dinner and pre-bed meals.
  • 1 x Extensive document providing nutritional information and help to address issues/goals discussed during the initial consultation, supplement suggestions, recipe suggestions and review of old diet.
  • 4 x Follow up consultations (telephone or face to face) scheduled throughout the year which includes a review of your dietary analysis, basic dietary advice, guidelines and future goal setting (30 minutes)
  • 1 x Weekly email support for 6 months from receipt of 7 day nutritional plan.

 

Online Premier Package – Cost: £170

  • 1 x Email questionnaire which will examine your goals, motivation and examine dietary habits.
  • 1 x Tailored seven day nutritional plan based on the clients goals, lifestyle, measurements and food preferences: – outlining breakfast, mid-morning, lunch, mid afternoon, pre and post workout nutrition (if applicable), dinner and pre-bed meals.
  • 1 x Handout providing nutritional information and help to address issues/goals discussed during the initial consultation.
  • 1 x Weekly email support for 2 weeks from receipt of 7 day nutritional plan.

Online Elite Package – Cost: £240

  • 1 x Email questionnaire which will examine your goals, motivation and examine dietary habits.
  • 1 x Tailored seven day nutritional plan based on the clients goals, lifestyle, measurements and food preferences: – outlining breakfast, mid-morning, lunch, mid afternoon, pre and post workout nutrition (if applicable), dinner and pre-bed meals.
  • 1 x Extensive document providing nutritional information and help to address issues/goals discussed during the initial consultation, supplement suggestions, recipe suggestions and review of old diet.
  • 4 x Monthly consultations via skype or telephone to monitor your progress, resolve potential problems and set new targets and goals so you continue to improve.
